Specificité: Recognizes the porcine homologue of human CD18. Clone PNK-I immunoprecipitates molecules of 166, 155 and 95 kD under reducing and non-reducing conditions. Clone PNK-I has been reported to inhibit porcine NK activity without affecting antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity.
